Target Training Launches East Brisbane Office

We are excited to announce our newest office, now open for business and located in Loganholme, Brisbane. This Queensland operation will service the population with a customised and personal training approach. The business will service key business districts such as Mt Gravatt, Logan City, Fairfield, Kangaroo Point, Wynnum, Tingalpa and Slacks Creek.

Since business inception in 1999, Target Training has cemented a reputation as a quality provider of education and training with both Nationally Recognised Qualifications and Non Accredited Training Workshops. Target Training has offices located Australia wide.

Target Training East Brisbane Business Manager, Bob Pillay is thrilled to be joining the team and comes equipped with a strong, successful history of client Relationship Management, Leadership and Business Management, concrete experience in training and professional development in the workplace and an in-depth understanding of the skills required in all businesses to achieve growth. He also has experience in Configuration, Change and Risk Management.

Bob has successfully lead teams and companies to dramatically increase levels of customer/client service and sales in industries such as manufacturing, construction and engineering. His role over the last 10+ years has been in the Production, Projects and Program Management in the international Aerospace and Defence Industries with over 5 years of which was spent working in USA. Bob believes honesty, integrity and understanding customers needs, are key to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and brings these principles with him to Target Training. Bob’s practical Leadership and Business Management experience and philosophy is backed by a strong academic background. Bob holds a Diploma of Architecture, Bachelor of Technology Education and Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. As a qualified trainer, with years of experience training through TAFE, he has a solid understanding of learning methodologies for all age groups and level of experience across various types of businesses and Industries.

“My role will mainly consist of developing relationships, understanding needs of individual businesses and ongoing client management by ensuring they have access to right training tools to grow their businesses. These are the areas I enjoy, where I can achieve results for clients, and they perfectly align with my new responsibilities with Target Training,” Bob said.

“Delivery of Target Training services in Brisbane and over the past decade has been localised according to businesses we were already servicing. Our trainer/assessors are located all over the state in order to meet the needs of the local businesses. With a global tightening on expenditure, year on year, these local businesses need to continue to grow and continue to maximise their profits, so it presents ideal timing for us to work with their management at both local and national levels,” said Louise Targett.
