The objective is to measure the level of customer service offered in a business, followed with a staff development program to address weaknesses.

An industry benchmarked survey is used and completed copies are provided to the business to highlight the areas requiring improvements.

Fee Structure:

 

25 stores or more in one location

$65.00 per store

Stores in far-flung locations

$75.00 per store

Extras – fuel - stores outside metro area

$1.50 cents per kilometre

Purchases at food stores

$5.00 per store

Please add GST to these prices where relevant.
Travel outside of state metropolitan area may incur additional costs.
